Whitford Labs is a brand of Augment Inc. ("we"). This page explains what we do with the video and details you send us. In short: we use your video only to run your test and send you the results, we don't share it, and we delete it within 30 days unless you ask us to keep it.

What we collect

• The details you type into our forms: your name, company, work email, phone number (if you give it), what's on your line, and any notes.
• The video you upload, or the share link you send us.
• Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you visit, such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use your video

Only to run your free line test and send you the results. We don't publish it, don't use it in our marketing, and don't sell it or share it with other companies.

Your video is stored privately: it has no public link, and only we can open it.

How long we keep it

We delete your video within 30 days of receiving it, unless you ask us to keep it (for example, to set up a pilot on that line). You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

We keep your contact details so we can follow up about your test. Ask us and we'll delete them too.

How we use your details

To send you your results, answer your questions and follow up about your test or a pilot. We don't sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Service providers

We use a small number of companies to host this site, store uploads, send email and run the analysis for your test. They handle your information only to provide that service to us.
